 The Legality of Salvia
People often wonder what the legality of salvia is. If you live in the United States it depends on what state you live in. There are currently 15 states which have made salvia illegal. These include Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky,Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Virginia. If you do live in one of these states you will not be able to purchase salvia divinorum. If you do live in a state where salvia is still currently legal, make sure to watch any proposed government action to have to banned.
